What we collect. If you contact us or join the newsletter, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, and message. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, personal health information through this website.
How we use it. To respond to your message, send the newsletter you requested, and improve our educational offerings. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate this site (such as email delivery), under appropriate agreements.
Your choices. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
Cookies & analytics. If analytics tools are used, they collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data to help us understand what content is useful.
